We guarantee to perform the following services on your behalf:
1). We guarantee to provide you with the most complete research and analysis of property values and pricing, and to assist you in determining the most effective listing price.We also guarantee our buyers that we will use mls and all other available real estate tools to the fullest extent to find them their dream home within their budget..
2). We guarantee to provide you with an estimate of the monies you will receive upon the sale of your home. We agree to update that information upon the receipt of all written offers to purchase your home.
3). We guarantee to design and distribute a special flyer explaining the features of your home to prospective buyers and to agents who work with buyers in your price range.
4). We guarantee to submit your listing data to the Multiple Listing Service and to work in cooperation with our MLS to give your home maximum exposure.
5). We guarantee to place a For Sale Sign on your property showing our telephone numbers so we will receive phone calls for Buyer Pre-Qualification.
6). We guarantee to arrange open houses to help merchandise your home, when appropriate, and agreed to by you.
7). We guarantee to review with you our local advertising strategy and furnish advertising copy developed for your home.
8). We guarantee to keep you informed as to anything that is pertinent to your transaction at all times and to make ourselves available to you for questions continually throughout the listing period.
9). We guarantee to present all "Offers To Purchase" your home to you and assist you in all negotiations. We also guarantee that once you have accepted an offer that we will keep you informed during the entire process of closing.
10). We guarantee to offer you Relocation assistance and to arrange to provide you these services anywhere you may be moving.
THIS PERSONAL SERVICES GUARANTEE is part of your exclusive listing agreement with us , and should we fail to provide these services, you are entitled to terminate the listing. Written notice of your desire to terminate must state the reason(s) for the termination. You also agree to provide us with an opportunity to correct any such default within a 24-hour period following the termination notice. If this listing is terminated, the provisions of the listing agreement shall apply.
